  • 50g oats
  • 150ml any milk (can use formula, breast milk or any dairy free milk)
  • 50g apple sauce
  • 1tsp peanut butter


  1. Blend oats until fine (You can use whole oats for older babies)
  2. Add to saucepan with milk and stir gently until thickened Stir in apple sauce and peanut butter
