- 50g oats
- 150ml any milk (can use formula, breast milk or any dairy free milk)
- 50g apple sauce
- 1tsp peanut butter
- Blend oats until fine (You can use whole oats for older babies)
- Add to saucepan with milk and stir gently until thickened Stir in apple sauce and peanut butter
