Does you or your child have a house dust mite allergy?
Allergy UK is looking for willing volunteers to feature in a patient information video to create awareness of the effects of living with asthma and house dust mite allergy.
To participate you or your child must have been diagnosed by a health care professional with asthma and house dust mite allergy and be willing to share your experience of living with this condition.
Where possible we would like to film the video within your surroundings, you will be supported by the Allergy UK team throughout the whole process.
