Heinz Beanz with Sausages and Spaghetti with Richmond Pork Sausages allergen update

Heinz has partnered with the Richmond Sausages ‘ the nation’s favourite sausage brand’ to improve the recipe of  it’s iconic Heinz Beanz and Spaghetti with Sausages. As a result of this, Heinz has informed Allergy UK that from Thursday 23rd May, in Asda stores and online at heinztohome.co.uk, there will be a change to the allergen status of it’s Heinz Beanz with Sausages and Spaghetti with Richmond Pork Sausages.

As a result of this recipe change, the following now applies.

• Heinz Beanz with Sausages will no longer be gluten-free and now contains gluten, soya and sulphites.
• Heinz Spaghetti with Richmond Pork Sausages also contains gluten, soya and sulphites.

The two new products are available now, with the original recipe available for purchase for a limited period, while stocks last, in select retailers and from Heinz to Home.
