We are looking for a dynamic and experienced helpline Manager to lead the Helpline team in all aspects of the operational delivery and development of the charity’s Helpline strategy.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of leading a team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring to deliver a gold standard service of care to people living with allergies, and their families.

This role will form part of the Senior Operational Management Team (OMT) and will be familiar with best practice industry methods for Helpline service users.
