Join Allergy UK’s Youth Engagement Group

Living with allergies can feel overwhelming at times, but you’re not alone. At Allergy UK, we want to make sure that the voices of young people are heard loud and clear.

That’s why we’ve created engagement groups where you can:

  • Connect with others who understand what it’s like living with allergies.
  • Share your experiences and ideas to help shape the support and resources we offer.
  • Get involved in raising awareness and making a difference for young people across the UK.

Whether your allergy is mild, moderate, or severe, your voice matters, and together, we can make life better for everyone living with allergy.

Our groups are here to connect, support and empower you and your family. Whether you’re a young person or a parent/carer, we offer a safe space to share experiences, learn practical tips and work together for change.

Join our Youth Engagement Groups

If you’re aged 13-17 or 18-25 and living with allergies, our engagement groups provide a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand their experiences, share practical tips, support each other through the ups and downs of everyday life, and even work together to help raise awareness and influence positive change.

Thank you so much to all the staff for organising the meet-up as this was an opportunity we would never have got otherwise. It was nice to meet people like me and be able to connect and feel “normal” (whatever normal is!). Thank you again and hope more of these trips happen in the future…maybe you could all come up to Yorkshire and see God’s own country. – Imi.
