This #AllergyAwarenessWeek, I’m/we’re supporting the launch of [Allergy UK tag]’s #IWishIKnew campaign to raise awareness of three things everyone needs to know about allergies. I/we want to empower anyone who may be affected by allergies one day.

THESE THREE THINGS – Click to download here

Allergies are on the rise, yet many still don’t fully understand that allergies are a chronic health condition, not just a minor inconvenience.
I’m/We’re supporting [Allergy UK tag] in their latest campaign #IWishIKnew, aims to ensure anyone who may be affected by allergies one day has the best chance of seeking early support and potentially change the course of their allergy journey by simply knowing these three things:

#1 Allergies can develop at any age – From childhood to adulthood, allergies can appear at any stage in life.
#2 Being diagnosed matters – A timely diagnosis helps prevent severe reactions, manage symptoms, and improve quality of life.
#3 Could it be allergies? – Allergies are often linked to conditions like asthma, eczema, and gut issues. If symptoms persist or worsen, it might be an allergy.

Let’s raise awareness so more people can recognise the signs and seek help sooner. Early recognition can make all the difference!

What do you wish you knew about allergies sooner?

I’m/We’re supporting [Allergy UK tag] in their latest campaign #IWishIKnew to help raise awareness of the realities of living with allergy.
If you could go back to the start of your allergy journey—whether for yourself or your child—what advice would you give? What do you wish someone had told you?

Your experience could help someone recognise the signs sooner, get diagnosed faster, and take control of their allergy before it takes control of them.
Share your story using #These3Things and help others on their allergy journey.
