Our unique dual layer mitts have an outer layer of soft, smooth natural silk which protects delicate skin from even the most vigorous scratching. The cardigan design ensures that our scratch mitts stay firmly in place. The body and sleeves are 100% cotton to ensure the wearer stays cool and sensitive skin is not irritated. All our labels are external with soft edges, we’ve minimised their size too.

Our sleepwear comes in a range of designs to suit different patterns of eczema. Our PJ tops have a choice of necklines to stretch comfortably over sore faces or protect the chest and shoulders. Our PJ bottoms are cleverly designed with no inside leg seam, preventing the wearers from using the inseam to scratch with. Got a clothing escapologist? Our dungaree style PJ bottoms are designed to be super comfortable but the buttoned back opening makes them very tricky to remove without help.

Like also good inventions, ScratchSleeves were born of necessity. When our son was 4 months old, his skin erupted with angry red eczema. And he scratched. A lot. After one particularly bad night we came up with the original ScratchSleeves concept. Over time we have added larger sizes, different designs and sleepwear to our range to meet customer demand.
