Allergy Awareness Week 2025

There are a number of ways you can make a difference this Allergy Awareness Week:

  • Sign up for Walk Your Way: This October take on our 100km walk at your own pace. Spread the challenge out over a few days, weeks or the entire month of October to raise awareness and vital funds for Allergy UK. Go solo, with a team or even with your pet. Registration is now open.   • Spread the word: Use our downloadable assets to raise awareness and educate others on the three things we want everyone to know about allergy.
  • Join the conversation: Share your experiences via our ‘Wall of Allergy Wisdom‘ or join the conversation on social media to empower others with the knowledge you’ve gained on your allergy journey. #AllergyAwarenessWeek2025 #these3things #IWishIKnew
