Reflecting on 2025 – A Year of Impact and Looking Ahead
As we approach the end of 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you for being part of our journey this year. It’s been a year of growth, resilience and meaningful progress for Allergy UK. None of it would have been possible without your support.
Together, we have delivered impactful campaigns, including “I Wish I Knew” and #These3Things, which raised awareness that allergies can appear at any age, that being diagnosed matters, and that other health conditions can trigger allergic responses. These campaigns have helped shine a light on the full spectrum of allergic conditions and the realities faced by those living with them.
We have also expanded our services to reach more families and strengthened our voice in policy and advocacy. From our community information sessions and the launch of our Eczema Clinic to the continued success of our helpline and translation card services, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that people living with allergy feel seen, supported and empowered.
In addition, we have deepened our partnerships, grown our fundraising efforts and laid the groundwork for exciting new initiatives. One of the most significant milestones has been the development of our new five-year strategy, which will launch in early 2026. This strategy will guide our work through education, research, innovation and advocacy, ensuring that allergy is recognised as a serious public health issue and that no-one is held back by their condition.
I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in 2025 and I’m even more excited about what’s to come. Thank you for standing with us, for sharing your stories and for helping us drive change.
Wishing you a peaceful and healthy end to the year.
Simone Miles, Allergy UK Chief Executive, Allergy UK
