The Allergy Hero Awards will take place on Thursday 26 April 2018 at Haberdashers’ Hall in London. Join us on this special night to celebrate our Allergy Heroes and hear their inspirational stories. 

Tickets are currently available at a special early price of £40.  The ticket price includes a welcome reception, seated three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.

Buy tickets to join us at the event to help us celebrate and recognise some very special people.

Can I get a group discount?

Unfortunately, there is not a group discount available.

Can I pay for a ticket on the door?

There will be no tickets available on the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance. There is a limited number of tickets available for the event and they will be sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

When is the latest that I can buy a ticket?

The latest date that you are able to purchase a ticket is Tuesday 10th April 2018, subject to availability.

Can I bring children?

Unfortunately, this event is only for over 18s.

What happens if I need to cancel my ticket?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds, however, if you’re unable to attend, you can allocate your place to someone else, as long as you inform us of their name and any dietary requirement before Monday 9th April 2018.

How many people can sit on each table and can I ensure I’m sitting with my friend?

There are 10 seats on a table. If you’re booking as a group then you will automatically be seated together.

However, if you are booking separately you will need get in touch with us, so we can arrange for you to sit on the same table.

If I don’t like the menu options, can I request something different?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the set menu or substitute anything on the menu.

How will allergies be catered for in the menu?

If you have a dietary requirement, please stipulate on the registration form. If you have any questions relating to a dietary requirement, please email kristen@allergyuk.org.

Is there on-site parking?

Unfortunately, there is not on-site parking. Please refer to NCP website to find convenient parking locations: www.ncp.co.uk

Is the venue compliant with the Equality Act 2010?

The event finishes at 11pm.

What is the closest tube/mainline station?

The closest tube stations are: Barbican and St Pauls. The closest mainline station is Farringdon.
