FOODSENSITIVE: Development of food intolerance scales

Receive a £10 Amazon voucher for taking part in a research study by Aston University and University of Surrey with the Food Standards Agency about how food intolerance affects children’s lives.

As part of the study, the research team are going to be using questionnaires to ask about quality of life.  Some of the questionnaires that already exist only look at food allergy. The team would like to know if these are suitable for people with food intolerance, so are asking a group of children and teenagers to look at the questionnaires and tell them what they think.

To take part in the study, children and young people will need to be aged 8 to 17 years with food intolerance. The reserach team want to do online interviews where participants will be asked to look through a questionnaire and tell them what they think about each question.
