Seal of Approval Categories
The Seal of Approval is for products which restrict/reduce/remove allergens from the environment of the allergy sufferer (some products such as vacuum cleaners and air purifiers may contain a fragrance element and if you are concerned about this you should check before purchase). The Seal is also for products which have significantly reduced allergen content.
Assessment carried out by Allergy UK indicate that an individual’s exposure can be reduced but this does not mean that an individual’s allergic symptoms will necessarily diminish. Allergy UK’s opinion applies only to the products and allergens stated. Products should be used only for their intended purpose and strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions at all times.
