Our Helpline
Allergy UK deals with over 42,000 enquiries every year. Many enquirers are referred to us by other patient information organisations because of the extensive range of information we have available on all aspects of allergy, food intolerance and chemical sensitivity.
The Allergy Helpline: - 01322 619898The Helpline operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Our staff are not medically qualified but can deal with a wide range
of questions on allergy, food intolerance and chemical sensitivity such as the location of the nearest NHS allergy clinic, or specialist consultant in chemical sensitivity. They can also give advice on dealing with symptoms and on products that may be beneficial for sufferers as well as everyday practical advice and support.
We also have access to a panel of health experts if our members have questions of a medical nature.
