Daniel Francis, 31 from Bromley, Kent is taking part in this year’s Nightrider event on 8 – 9 June.

He says “Nightrider is my first fundraising effort! I would like to raise £300, fingers crossed I'll be able to achieve this modest target and more! I am allergic to all sorts of things so this is a cause very close to my heart.

I can really appreciate the impact it has on people's lives and how it can be disability like any other. The Nightrider event will get people on their bikes, help them get fitter, whilst doing an extremely enjoyable activity that is also great for the environment. The tour of our capital city on the ride is also a unique opportunity! Allergy UK does not get the attention it deserves. Nightrider will really aid that effort”
