Glutafin Pizza Base – Recipe Change ‘Now Contains Milk’
We are writing to advise you of a change to our Glutafin Pizza Base.
Following a change in supplier, we have implemented a new improved recipe for the Glutafin Gluten Free Wheat Free Pizza Bases from 28th January 2008.
The new recipe now contains milk protein, and is therefore no longer a milk free product.
All new recipe products will have a flash on the front to highlight that this is a new
recipe. The milk free claim has been removed from the front of packaging. Milk is declared in the ingredient list and in the ‘Contains’ box, so that consumers can clearly identify if the product is suitable for their particular dietary requirements.
This product is prescription status, prescribed for patients diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, and is not available in retail. However, as an additional precaution, we will be arranging ‘Now Contains Milk’ stickers to go on the front of packs for the next few months of production.
Due to these changes, we have changed the barcode and pip-code for this product, please see full details on the page attached.
